The Refresher program is a review of knowledge and skills, where we practice different exercises and essential elements such as the buddy system, buoyancy control, equipment review, breathing techniques, and more.
Remember, your Open Water Diver certification is valid for life; this is simply a review and personalized practice session based on what you would like to focus on, followed by 2 dives with much more confidence.
It is recommended for anyone who has not dived in over a year.
